YOGA BACKBENDS w/

Sonali Bhide & Stephanie Amos

Saturday, May 23rd

3:00 - 5:00 PM

$44 (early bird $33, info below)

Backbend & Heart Opening Workshop 💚 This experience is an invitation to open the heart with intention, safety, and awareness. Through a guided journey of breath, movement, and sound, we will explore backbends not as a performance, but as a practice of softening the front body while building strength and support in the back body. We will begin with an opening circle and a simple Sanskrit mantra to activate the heart space, followed by a short introduction to the Anahata (heart chakra) and its connection to emotional openness, trust, and balance. The asana practice will be progressive and accessible, offering options for all levels while encouraging you to move at your own pace. We will close with a deeply restorative sound bath to integrate the experience and allow the body to fully receive. This workshop also includes:     •    A take-home PDF with key poses, mantra, and journaling prompts     •    Access to a WhatsApp group for intention setting and integration ✨This is a space to explore vulnerability, expand your breath, and reconnect with your heart without force. Saturday, May 23rd from 3:00 - 5:00 PM $44 (Early Bird Rate $33 - must register before May 9th USE CODE: EARLYBIRD11)

We are so excited to have Kathrin back to teach us the art to self-care and a youthful appearance with FACE YOGA!

"You are the best studio owner I've ever encountered. You treat everyone with such love and kindness and are so genuine and authentic and it shows in everything you do that you truly care. Grateful to be a part of this sweet community!" - Carol Britain

"I’ve been doing yoga for many years and I’ve honestly never had a better instructor than Jackie. I love that she is welcoming to all skill levels and is able to seamlessly challenge the advanced students while providing perfect options for the newer practitioner. I also really appreciate that one class may be a super zen yin, another a structured ashtanga, and another a butt-kicking sweaty vinyasa. All of them are taught with love, patience, acceptance, and openness. Her humor and openness connect instantly with the class creating a real community over time. I’m so thankful to have found her."
