Connection, Growth, and Transformation

At Anahata Yoga Sanctuary, we’ve created more than just a yoga studio—we’ve built a community where everyone feels welcome and supported. Our sanctuary is a space to explore your practice, connect with your breath, and discover your most authentic self. Rooted in love and compassion, we invite you to grow with us—one breath and one pose at a time.

"I’ve been doing yoga for many years and I’ve honestly never had a better instructor than Jackie. I love that she is welcoming to all skill levels and is able to seamlessly challenge the advanced students while providing perfect options for the newer practitioner. I also really appreciate that one class may be a super zen yin, another a structured ashtanga, and another a butt-kicking sweaty vinyasa. All of them are taught with love, patience, acceptance, and openness. Her humor and openness connect instantly with the class creating a real community over time. I’m so thankful to have found her."
