Slow Flow & Sound
Gentle Flow, Meditative, Sound Healing, Stress Relief
This deeply restorative experience combines slow-flowing yoga with immersive sound therapy. Begin with a gentle yoga sequence designed to calm the nervous system and stretch the body, then transition into a sound immersion with instruments like crystal singing bowls and gongs. Expect to leave feeling balanced, relaxed, and completely at ease.
Candlelight: Yin & Sound
All Levels, Soothing, Relaxing, Deep Stretching and Surrender
YIN: Slow down. Breathe. Surrender. Set in the soft glow of candlelight, this deeply meditative and passive practice invites you to release tension and restore balance. Through gentle, long-held poses (2-5 minutes), Candlelight Yin works into the body's connective tissues—enhancing flexibility, circulation, and overall well-being. A perfect complement to more active ("yang") movement, this class encourages stillness, presence, and self-reflection. Whether you're looking to unwind, improve mobility, or find balance in your busy life, this practice meets you where you are. We wrap up this practice with 10-15 minutes of deep relaxing sound healing with singing bowls and chimes. Can be challenging mentally but we make it suitable for all levels. Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter.
Candlelight: Restorative

RESTORATIVE: Step into a space of deep relaxation and renewal with Candlelight Restore, an evening practice designed to help you unwind from your day and reset your body and mind. This class begins with gentle, slow-flow movement to release tension and clear stagnant energy, allowing you to transition into deeply restorative. Supported postures, mindful breathwork, and the soothing glow of candlelight create the perfect atmosphere for letting go, replenishing, and finding stillness. This softer practice is relaxing and suitable for all levels, ideal for anyone looking to decompress, improve flexibility, and cultivate inner calm. Candlelight: Meditate
45-minutes, All-Levels Welcome, Gentle Movement, Easy Meditation
MEDITATE: 45 minutes of deep calm + gentle presence Slip into softness with this deeply relaxing, end-of-day class designed to help you let go—without pressure, effort, or expectation. Set in the calming glow of candlelight, Candlelight: Unwind invites you to slow down through simple movement, breath awareness, and an easy, guided meditation. No experience with meditation or yoga is needed—just come as you are, ready to exhale. This class is especially lovely after a more active practice or as a stand-alone space to reset your nervous system and ease into rest. ✨ A midweek invitation to be still, feel held, and come home to yourself.
Beginner Kundalini: Foundations & Relaxation
Slow Integration, Accessible, Grounding, Breath & Mantra, Beginner-Friendly
This candle-lit Monday evening class is a gentle introduction to Kundalini yoga, designed to help you unwind while learning the foundational elements of the practice. We’ll move at a slow, supportive pace while exploring common Kundalini postures, foundational breathwork, and simple mantras, with clear explanations and options throughout. Classes focus on calming the nervous system, building breath awareness, and creating ease in the body — so you can release the day and settle into your evening. This class is ideal for beginners, those curious about Kundalini yoga, or anyone looking for a relaxing yet educational practice. What you learn here will carry into a more active Kundalini class later in the week, making this an accessible and supportive place to begin. No prior experience needed. All are welcome.
Easy Tai Chi

Yoga & Meditation
Grounding, Deep Relaxation, Mind-Body Soothing
This class is designed for active minds that desire to slow down, getting you out of your head and into the body. A gentle, somatic flow eases any mental resistance to go within, then weaving in restorative poses to invite a sense of calm. Conscious breathing is also a key element to unlock the door to a more profound meditative state, allowing you to feel relaxed and awake. The second half of the class is a journey into guided meditation, where we explore various styles, from Yoga Nidra to vivid visualizations and other practices, you’ll be guided into the landscapes of your own inner world. Each session culminates in the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, bathing you in vibrations that soothe the soul and the nervous system. This experience feels like taking a “chill pill”, but creating this effect mainly through grounding & meditation for the mind to let go of control and surrender into peace.
Foundations Yoga
Beginner-Friendly, Alignment, Breath Awareness, Gentle Movement
Perfect for beginners and anyone looking to deepen their connection to breath, movement, and presence. This class blends elements of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga, incorporating longer-held postures to enhance body awareness and flexibility. Your teacher will offer guidance to help you modify or intensify your practice based on your needs. Props such as blocks, blankets, bolsters, and straps are available for support.
Grounded Yoga
Earth Connection, Stability, Strength, Mindful Movement
Feel rooted and supported as you move through a grounding sequence designed to enhance stability and connection to your body. This class starts with seated and floor-based stretches before progressing to standing poses that cultivate strength and balance. Suitable for most body types, this practice encourages mindful movement and self-awareness. Props are available to support your experience.
Breathwork & Reset
Nervous System Reset, Stress Relief, Emotional Release, Somatic Healing
Breathe your way to balance with this transformative breathwork session. Using the Pyramid Breath Method, this class incorporates somatic release techniques to help clear stored tension, stress, and emotional blockages. Expect a deep reset that promotes relaxation and inner calm. Not advisable for individuals with brain trauma, seizures, or pregnancy.
Fascia Flow
Deep Release, Myofascial Therapy, Flexibility, Self-Massage
Give your body the love it deserves with a class focused on fascia release and mobility. This practice blends yoga-inspired movement with myofascial release techniques, using tools like massage balls, foam rollers, and straps to release tension and improve range of motion. Expect to leave feeling looser, lighter, and more mobile.
Hatha Flow/Sound
Slow & Strong, Alignment, Breath-Focused, Traditional Yoga. SOUND includes singing bowls.
A steady, breath-centered practice that moves through postures with mindful intention. This class focuses on longer-held poses, alignment, and breathwork, offering a strong yet accessible practice. With fewer transitions than a Vinyasa class and minimal floor-to-standing sequences, it’s ideal for those who appreciate a grounded, deliberate flow.
Kundalini Strength
All-Levels Welcome, Energizing, Breath-Led, Kriya-based
Awaken your body and energy with dynamic movement, expansive stretching, energizing breathwork, and uplifting mantra. Each welcoming, all-levels class is designed around an intentional theme, with breathwork and a flowing sequence of movements crafted to guide specific energy through the body. You'll build strength, release stuck patterns, and cultivate a deeper connection to yourself. Expect to leave feeling strong, centered, and maybe even a little magical - carrying your inner light into the rest of your day. (Kriya is a purposeful sequence of movement, breath, sound, and focus designed to create a specific energetic and physiological effect in the body and mind.)
Flow Vinyasa

Creative Flow, Playful, Energetic or Gentle, Rhythmic Movement
Move fluidly through a dynamic Vinyasa sequence, with options to dial up or down the intensity based on your needs. This class invites you to explore movement at your own pace, flowing through upward, downward, and lateral movements that create a dance-like rhythm. Modifications and props are encouraged. Heated classes coming soon but have NO FEAR, if heat does NOT work for you, only HALF the studio will be under infrared heat and the other half will be unheated.
60 Min Led Ashtanga

Structured, Breath-Powered, Traditional Practice, Strength & Discipline
This short-form Ashtanga class follows a structured sequence, including Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) A & B, standing postures, and a condensed seated and closing series. Practiced with Ujjayi breath, this class offers a disciplined yet energizing approach to yoga. Ideal for those looking for a traditional, breath-synchronized flow. *Heated classes coming soon but have NO FEAR, if heat does NOT work for you, only HALF the studio will be under infrared heat and the other half will be unheated.
Mindful Vinyasa
Inspired by Rocket & Ashtanga. Dynamic, Strength-Building, Playful, Accessible Progression
Move with intention, breath, and strength in this mindful yet dynamic Vinyasa class inspired by elements of Rocket and Ashtanga. We begin with a grounding warm-up to settle the mind and prepare the body, followed by Sun Salutations A & B to build heat. The flow unfolds through a thoughtful mix of standing poses, standing balances, twists, binds, and Rocket energizing drills designed to create aligned muscle memory and awaken the core. Each class works toward a peak pose — which may include backbends, arm balances, or inversions — approached with variation options for exploration and playful curiosity. A brief “mindful playtime” invites students to deepen into postures they’re personally working on, offering space for growth and self-discovery within a supportive structure. We close with a soothing cooldown sequence and a nourishing savasana to integrate the practice and leave you feeling centered, energized and uplifted for the rest of the day.
